Neal Grusky, of the rock band Takara, willfuly and fraudulently plagiarizes songs and publishes them for profits measuring in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
My name is Mark Del papa, or Mark Anthony Del Papa. I am the original author of songs that Neal Grusky of Takara fraudulently and illegally claims to be his. Neal Grusky has admitted to defrauding me. However, Neal Grusky continues to publish my copy written materials as his. The legal definition of fraud, copy write infringement as well as plagiarism have all been perpetrated by Neal Grusky against me, He has met all the criteria. I wrote a song called "Questions of the heart", Neal Grusky changed it to Passions of the heart, The song contained my lyrics and melodies. There are four others in which Grusky uses a similar modus operandi with his accomplices to defraud myself, the original author out of a undisclosed fortune.
Neal Grusky of the band Takara woefully proffered a fraudulent copy write with his accomplice "Jeff scott Soto" who was the singer for the renown rock bands Journey and Yngwie Malmsteen, all of this was done specifically for monetary gain in exsess of hundreds of thousands of dollars and counting. (These figures are accurate according to Neal in his own writings to me via email.
Neal Grusky of the band Takara to continues to illegally publish works that do not belong to him, sell the work that he does not rightfully own for up to $20 a unit, and fraudulently and colect these monies and royalties, to this day! All illegal!
These works include but are not limited to the CD " Eternal Faith" "Eternity best of 93-98". and hundreds of links of live performances.
Mr Grusky of Takara recently published a song called "Final Warning" which was plagiarized off of a demo given to him by me in 1990. Oh ironically the song was called "Final Warning" Do we see the sense of entitlement here?
Mr Grusky admits to selling hundreds of thousands of CD's of my music world wide, Yet I was never leagally adressed as the author of such works, I have never received a penny in royalties Though Mr, Neal Grusky has paid Jeff Scott Soto in excess of $50,000.00 just in session cost not counting royalties and live performance fees.
TAKARA"S NEAL GRUSKY AND JEFF SCOTT SOTO HAve NO CREDIBILITY AS A SONG WRITERs IN THE EYES OF MANY IN THE MUSIC COMMUNITY IN LIEU OF THESE INDISPUTABLE FACTS.
Not only is this complaint completely true, and backed up by meticulous documentation, but Neal Grusky of the band Takara also conspired and persuaded his lead vocalist Jeff Scott Soto to take songs and ideas that were not his and fraudulently copywriter them thus commuting a Federal Crime a felony!
, Neal Grusky and Jeff Scott Soto even sent me their emails documenting their conversations and conspiracy to cover up their crimes. No kidding, weather they intended to do so is still a mystery, But I have the emails between them which incriminate the both of them.
Both Neal Grusky and Jeff Scott Soto CONTINUE to record and publish them world wide. This is a felony! I addressed Mr Grusky regarding the crimes he perpetrated against me and my intellectual property. Mr Grusky agreed to pay restitution and to "Cease and Desist" with all illegally published materials that are related to my work., Neal Grusky also agreed not publish any materials in regards to this matter that did not have a legal and credible copy write.
Mr Grusky agreed to make a public apology on You Tube explaining his remorse. Mr Grusky AGREED to only publish song that he and I wrote or that I wrote in a in a LEGAL manner. None of these promises from Neal Grusky of Takara were kept.
This raises serious questions about Mr Neal Grusky's business ethics as he continues to steal songs, copy write them fraudulently, and publish them ILLEGALLY world wide for substantial profits.
I am seeking restitution, Grusky recently left over thirty texts on my phone at an ungodly hour i (3 A.M.) All these texts reflected anger, scoffing and laughing at me, threatening to sue me, THE VICTIM.
If Mr, Grusky has integrity he will make restitution, make this situation right, I am willing to forgive much of what I feel was irreparable harm to my career and finances and emotion well being. But Neal Grusky has to approach this as a man, Do the right thing Neal. Otherwise, I have every right to document the evidence and make it readily available to the public as to prevent this from happening to any other unsuspecting business associates of Neal Grusky or Jeff Scott Soto. Neal Grusky and Jeff Scott Soto have both perpetrated heinous crimes against Grusky's attitude is far from humble and his perceived sense of entitlement that is mind boggling and aggravating. I have a good lawyer. Neal and Jeff, this is far from over.

Mr. Grusky, i am in fact honored that you would slander me in the name of Christ, When Jesus Christ faced Satan in the wilderness He answered the Devil with the word of God. In Mathew 5:11 Jesus says blessed are the ones persecuted, slandered, and lied about falsely for HIS sake. As you slander Jesus, because the word of god also says what ever you do to one of HIS children you also do to HIM . Quite simply and as a matter of FACT.
This does not change the FACT that you indeed did steal, and conspire to commit fraud on a copy write that did not belong to you. "Neal Grusky you claim to be a "law abiding" citizen? Who and what Neal Grusky (HPremiere Properties) is, is a self righteous liar who commits the "felonies" of willful and premeditated copy write theft, (a serious federal crime) and intentional copy write fraud for monetary gain. You have perpetrated a fraud against me, the rightful owner of songs you have distributed and made hundreds of thousands of dollars on.
Neal Grusky has now chosen to commit a "hate crime by attacking me based on my religious beliefs, In conversations with Mr. Neal Grusky of Hpremiere Properties and the band "Takara", offered to buy the rights to these songs that he has willfully and pre meditatively stolen, However, My Grusky gave me the number of a bogus attorney, He then caused me the trouble to retain an attorney, Then reneged on his offer to reconcile his crimes, by buying the rights to the songs he has stolen. Quite simply these songs have been ruined. My hopes of cashing the ORIGINAL version out with a world class publishing company were killed by Mr, Neal Grusky. his greed and complete disregard for the LAW. Yet Neal Grusky (hPremiere Properties) calls himself a "law abiding citizen" well he is a liar.
In the middle of what seemed to be an honorable resolution Mr. Neal Grusky changed his phone number and ran like the coward he is, and once again victimizing the actual victim here. . These are not the actions of a man with integrity. I don't claim to have a perfect past. All Mr grusky is concerned about doing is deflecting His accountability of his crimes against me by slandering me with false accusations and attacks on my religious beliefs. well i will be seeing my attorney this week. This stress has been alot on me and my family. Mr. gruskt has even called my son (8yrs old) on three ocassions, and defamed me in his eyes. What a dooshbag!
Mr Grusky of (hPremiere Properties and ther band Takara has left 35 text messages on my phone using fowl language, making racial and religious slurrs like an ignorant hate crime ring leader. Mr. Neal Grusky of (Hpremier Properties and the band Takara) also slanders homeless people making comments as if they are scum, Neal Grusky looks down his nose at them. 3.5 million Americans.!! Neal Grusky actually assumed I was homeless, though it is untrue, What is true however is that I have a ministry that helps homeless people From Skid Row, The L. A. Missions, Dream Center Los Angeles, and tent cities all over California. Just so he can steal my songs and profit from it.
Pay up Neal. You have not legally met your obligations to me. The world will hear about your heinous double life. As for me, make sure you keep glorifying God by lying about me. Jesus Christ is King! and even though I forgive you, does not mean you can continue stealing and publishing MY WORK and claiming it was yours. This is a felony Neal.

Yes folks satan comes in many diffent costumes. Its hard to believe, but its true.
Many of you might have seen. his lastest costumes. It looks kinda like this... Drug addict, homeless, claims to be a singer. etc. Satan will do anything to get your attention. Throughout the ages satan has tried relentlessly to get the attention of the god fearing people, but do not be fooled by satans latest costume.Yes Its a scarey one, but he fears the truth.
Now I personlly am amazed that there is actually 2, get that 2 Mark Delpapas in the LA area.
Coincidence? I think not. I believe I am being impersonated by someone here on rip off report.
Yes its hard to believe, but its true. Satan is desperate and willing to try anything to fool people.
Satan even tries will try to persuade people that he is a god fearing individual. Satan tries to impersonate the FBI, Powerful and influencial attorneys, Publishing companies, the police, regular everday citizens, families, kids and your favorite pet. Please do not be fooled by satan. These techniques are centuries old, and have never been successful.
While I Mark Delpapa have no clue/idea who Neal Grusky is. I can only believe that this name is a fictious name dreamed up by satan to further deceive and confuse the masses. Yes, Satan has come in many forms. Its sad to see satan become so desperate in his old, and decrepid age, but age does strange things to worthless evil spirits that wander the earth seeking glamour and attention.
