High shipping and handling costs. Rude customer service.
If you are a residential customer, NEATO only offers UPS shipping and requires the customer to sign for the package in person even if the item is less than $100! The result is that if you miss the delivery, NEATO charges you for shipping and 20 percent "restocking fee"! The result is that you pay a lot of money for an item you never got. I do not recommend this company. You can get the same products for the same price elsewhere and with better service.
