I purchased a travel package on Sept. 9, 2013 for travel from Kona, HI to Honolulu, HI on Sunday, October 6, 2013.

Upon arriving to the airport on October 6th, I was told by the airline personel that the flight I had been booked on has not been in existence for the past 6 months. I called the 800 number for neattravel.com and spoke to a female agent who then told me that I didn't check my email sent to me on Sept. 9th which the flight was changed. I immediately told her that particular email was the only one I recieved and had not received any subsequent notifications since and that it clearly states I am at the correct airline with plenty of time for the flight they booked me on.

At 6:16pm on October 6, the agent sent me an email with new flight information with my then flight leaving at 5:30pm, instead of the 7pm flight originally booked. Rediculous since it was now after 6pm and that flight is long gone. I told her the next flight doesn't leave until the next morning. She had the nerve to ask me if I could wait until then to travel. Furiously, I let her know that I am at the airport with my 9 year old at that moment and could not postpone our trip due to their negligence.

I had to then purchase another set of one way tickets to get to Honolulu through Hawaiian Air. The operator told me I would be receiving a refund for that leg of our flight within 21 days. Today is November 16 and after sending them an email on October 31 and then again on November 7, I am yet to receive any compensation for their clear negligence on booking us on a non existent flight.
