Nebraska Dating/Tracy Did not fill their committment Omaha Nebraska
I was on Facebook about 2 years after my divorce, and an add popped up about dating after sixty. I wasn't really ready to date yet. I was still getting over what my ex huband did. We had been married 28 years. The add advertised first month free, then a minimal amount after that like 29.95 per month.
The next day I get this call from a young lady asking me to come in and talk about dating over 60. She claimed it was a coincidence. I think not. She interviewed me, and we both filled out forms. I told her I wasn't ready yet and that I did not even know what brought me there. I told her I was a Christian. She kept saying it was God. When I finally agreed, she brought out the cost sheet. It was going to cost me 6000.00 to sign up for 8 referrals. I immediately said no. I couldn't afford that. There was a stipulation though, I had to be making 3000.00 per month. I told her I didn't but was building a website and could possibly make that much in the future. So she already knew I did not make 3000.00. I still did not want to spend that much, but she kept saying it was a God thing, and he wanted me to be happy. She wasn't going to let me leave till I did; and by that time it was freezing rain out.
I signed it, and pd the 6000.00. I have only met two men face to face. A third and fourth were recommended, but I never met them. I was signed up for 8 face to face meetings. Because of the lack of funding for the website another company scammed me out of 5244.00, I am pretty much broke now and am looking at the possibility of being homeless by the end of the month. I am considered undateable now, and Tracy will not even refund part of the money.
The thing is. she knew I did not make 3000.00 per month; and we signed the contract anyway. To me, that is fraud. I should be refunded at least 6/8 of the 6000.00 if not the entire amount. She doesn't return my phone calls either.
As soon as I signed the contract, she couldn't get me out of the office fast enough. Can you help me please?
Oh, and by the way, one of the men I talked to said he only paid 2000.00.
