Complaint Review: Neckties

After not responding to my many e-mails, I then commenced pursuing Small Claims legal action against Neckties.com. As I informed them of the actions I was taking and even informed them that I tracked the money order to them and the date it was cashed, they then "got on the ball" and sent me my order via Priority Mail which I received 2 days after they ultimately sent it.

They sent me an e-mail stating they were sorry and that they were in the process of relocating to a new facility as that was the reason for any delay. While their business efficiency may be questionable, they got me my order. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
