Complaint Review: Neckties

Almost a month ago, I ordered a necktie from Neckties.com for the price of $21.50. Although their delivery policy is 3-10 business days, I have received nothing. I have contacted their "Customer Service Department" and this so-called "Customer Service" refuses to respond to my e-mails or telephone calls regarding the status of my order.

To date, I have sent three e-mails over the last 10 days--all of which have been ignored and unanswered. It would appear that this "Company" has no intention of selling any neckties as I have seen claims against this "Company" filed with the Better Business Bureau.

To all of you who read this...please feel free to join cases with me (as I have spoken with an attorney within my family) and let's take this "Company" to Small-Claims Settlement Court. I'm not going to tolerate a rip-off and I want others who have been ripped off by this "Company" to join with me in going after them by way of the court system.
