On Dec. 05, 2020 I ordered a foam mattress, and an adjustible frame, a free bedding bundle was included. The mattress and bundle items were delivered in a timely fashion. The box the mattress was beaten up pretty bad, but I did not see any damage to the mattress. The bundle items were packaged good. I am tracking every day for the bed frame. Finally on Deember 28th, 2020 I saw notification that the frame had been delivered on December 20th! I called to Fedex, they advised I cancel and reorder, something about a 7 day rule. I immediately called to Nectar about the non-delivery.
They promised they would be shipping out another frame right away. I have spoken with numerous "team members", getting the same "canned apologies" from each one of them, along with assurances that "they" that individual would personally be monitoring the next steps of the shipment and tracking, and personally advising me with a call or email along the way. I am going to try to attatch our email communications, Please read. On January 11th, 2021, Finally, Y i p p e e ! My frame arrived! Only to be grossly defective, no remote control, an electrical componet with the prongs collapsed, the hydraulic system was not stable and it was not connected, so it would never raise or lower the frame, there were 4-5 orange ties under the frame, clear indication that something is wrong with this item. Other loose peices, I dont know where they fit in.
Today, it has been 48 days, that I have been sleeping on my couch, {see health info on attachment} while waiting for delivery. This item is paid for! On the date it was ordered.! ! Second payment is due on credit card. Jan 22,2021 I called again, my main phone number is blocked. got a team member on the line, she is giving me the "canned speach" When the item is tagged/scanned, I will personally email you and give you the tracking info...... I mentioned cancelling the order, now she tells me that the warranty is in effect and they would have to pro-rate something based on how long I have had the items, Mind you, the mattress or bundle items have NEVER BEEN USED.
They are now trying to get me to dispose of the frame, because that is not something they do,and suggesting to me, that I/we can take it out to my dumpster! Not something I can do here at where I am living. If I have it removed, I will have to pay two movers, rent/hire a truck and pay dump fees! Not my job. They gave a credit of $100. then offered another $, I advised Omaury, not to credit that. I have asked repeatedly for the corporate contact, they said, they could not provide the address, owners names or direct phone number, due to Security Concerns. Wow.
