I went to this website because I thought that they would quickly send me my high school transcript. Sadly, I was wrong. They took my money, never to give me either my transcript OR a reply about why they were holding my money. DO not use this website! It is so much easier to order your transcript through your former high school.

I an responding to the rippoff report filed in July,2013 against "need my transcripts.com"by a guy who said he never received his transcripts.com. I needed mine and since it had been years (more than 25 since I attended high school I read the ripoff report and was "cautiously concerned". I called the site and spoke to a wonderfully helpful lady named Grace, and she explained how the site worked and she would be available by phone if I should need support thru the application. I began the process and it does work better using Firefox as a web browser ( only because many people have not updated their IE browser. The process was simple and if you plug in the right info from the drop down menus and review your info for errors like coding the wrong high school or not putting in a maiden named used in high school, it goes very smoothly and Grace even called me back to say she received the application and appr date that the college would receive it and the printed copy of my entered info and credit card receipt. A word of advice! Dont rush the process and review your entered information. Look for the receipt confirmation email and dont be a putz! Websites are 9 out 10 easy if you put in the right info. Thanks , Grace and need my transcripts.com for helping me thru the process and helping me thru "error messages" Its over and I am confident I will get my transcripts. If all else fails CALL THEM!
