Need4Digital CrazyCameraDeals, DigitalMegastore, InStockDigital, InStockDigital.com, CrazyCameraDeals.com, DigitalMegastore.com Constantly adding new business names, their sales methods remain the same, Internet
This company works under several business names like InstockDigital, Need4Digital, DigitalMegastore, CrazyCameraDeals etc.
It looks like they add another business name whenever there are too many bad reviews talking about their bait and switch methods. a customer who orders something and enters his credit card number into their website will learn that this was just an invitation to them to give him a call and involve him into an aggressive sales conversation.
I don't want to repeat what others have written, about the included battery which later turns out to be non-rechargeable, the packaging which won't be the original sealed retail box but a so called "white box", etc. etc. etc.
What they do is close to fraud, at least it is very unethical to make a customer believe that he is actually performing a business transaction when he enters his credit card number and not to disclose that this is just an invitation to be called from an aggressive sales agent.
This practice should be unlawful - if they have to charge extra for insurance they should mention this when they talk about free shipping (anyway, it is their risk because you don't have to pay for the camera if you don't receive it and if they send it out without insurance...), they should make it clear that the camera comes in a "white box" and not in the original retail box, they should mention that the camera does not come with a rechargeable battery instead of limiting their information to "battery included" (very deceptive since anybody would assume that it is the rechargeable battery which usually is included.
