this woman by the name Neelie wrote me a letter saying that she saw that i won a lottery and that i should send her 23.95 to ship to me her psychic reveals. i did send the 23.95. and she sent me a package of things that i will do and when i should play the lottery. but after those days i played the lotto and never won anything. but the problem started when she started sending me some monthly newletters for three months and then billed me 75 dollars for it which i never agreed or signed any agreement with her about. last week 04-11-06 i got a letter from this woman again treathning to take my bill to collections. i did not discuss any kind of billing process or sign any contract with this woman saying that i want her to send me some stupid psychic letters. now my name is about to go to collections for what i have no idea about. first of all i think it was a ripoff but i was desperate for a better fortune. i hate to be the victim but i am already one. please i will like if you can investigate this woman and send these evil who uses Gods name as a way of making fast money.

I received a letter from a person named Neelie from Virginia as you stated here. I was suspicious about her claims so I typed in search Google string with "Neelie Psychis" and found your report here. Thanks to your report, I would not send in anything just throw it away. I was a victim of another so-called phychics or clairvoyant lady before, she did the same thing sending monthly psychic report and billed me for money, if I did not sent her, she claimed to have "collection agency"to collect my money and she did and sent me letters stated as "Collection Agency".

This behavior was intolerable. If she is really a psychic, her true concern should be her clients and not even using "Collection Agency" to make threat. I believed you are in the same situation as I had before. Ignore all of these claims, and tell her to test her claims in her letter with (((link redacted))) . If she can past the test, then the money can be awarded from them instead of claiming your money in the small amount compared to the RANDi's millions dollars.

Thanks your report so I do not be cheated again.
