Neely O'hair Rip Off, Rude, Unprofessional Fort Worth, Texas
Decided to try this place out because I got a Groupon for them, but it is easy to see why they don't have enough repeat business and have to use Groupon in the first place. The staff is completely rude, pretty much a bunch of 40+ women/gay men gossiping like they're in high school, even about the customers. Next thing is I asked for blonde and my hair ended up being dark brown!! Like can you not follow directions or something?!! Thirdly I was nice enough to give the girl a tip considering everything...but for some mysterious reason when I checked my bank account the tip was $5 above what I had given her!! I actually do not think it was her that did this but the old gay guy at the front with the bad goatee. So unless you want to waste your money on untalented, immature, irresponsible theives, I would not go to this place!!
