Eugene Beaucum, Vice president of facility Maintenance for NHSC, ordered Signs to be fabricated for the Plainfield and Phillipsburg, NJ Facilities and refused to pay. The agreement was 50% deposit and the remaining balance due upon completion; however, we completed the jobs for both sites, and we've been getting the run around for our money. We made several attempts by phone, email, mail, to collect our money, Mr. Bryan who's in Accounts Payable finally got on the phone and made promises to pay on Nov 8, 2010 no payment was received, than November 23rd more of the same, and December 3rd, more excuses, and further claimed that they don't have any money at the moment to pay.

As a non-profit organization of that magnitude with more than 100 employees and 22 facilities, i found it misleading for them not to have a budget in place prior to place an order for new signs. Everyone that works for them gets a paycheck every week. Just because we are a small sign shop, they are trying to take advantage of the situation. They further claimed not being able to pay any vendors at this time due to financial problems, they are a bunch of con-artists hiding behind a suit. Whoever is out there, don't do business with Neighborhood Health Services Corporation unless you get your money upfront!
