Neighborhood pools Inc./William boys Pool Inc. run by Joe Williams, his wife Stephanie, his brother Kenneth and his sons Brad Cedric and Joe Jr is a fraudulent company. They are excellent salesmen that will sell you a dream, brag about years of experience and then ruin your pool. 

We had our pool resurfaced with new diamond brite, new tile and new coping. We made the final payment upon completion of the work and were hit with an additional charge that was never discussed for "extra blue" in the diamond brite. 

Soon afterward (within 3 days after filling) we noticed that the pool was losing water- dropping to the point that the diamond brite was exposed above the level of the water. We had to call Joe Williams over 10x just to have him tell us that he would come by and assess the issues and not show up. When he did on 3 separate occasions, he sloppily plastered pool putty around the skimmer and reassured us that leak was fixed. It wasnt. We are still dealing with the issue 3 months later. They have only been out 4 times after promising 10x that they would come to repair the pool. Now we are not able to contact them at all. The pool is still losing water, they are not answering the phone and in fact are sending us to voicemail.

 To whom may concern, we are very displeased to hear of your complaints against our company. We are a family owned business that has been operating in south Florida for over 30 years. We aim to please and satisfy all of our customers to the best of our ability.. I sincerely apologize if you felt like our company didn’t uphold our end of the bargain or suit your need to the best of our ability. As I recall, we came out and offered you a solution to your problem. Your leak didn’t come from a faulty diamond brite job. It came from your skimmer. Which was totally unbeknownst to our company. We offered to replace your skimmer and you didn’t want to pay for a new one. I totally understand your discomfort. But we only were paid to do a specific job. And we completed it. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience. And don’t hesitate to contact us, if you feel we can come to a resolution of the problem. Thanks
