Complaint Review: Neighbors Moving & Storage of Denver Inc.

I used Neighbors Moving & Storage of Denver to pick up and store my property for several months. I requested to have my property removed from storage and delivered, was given every excuse why they couldnt locate my property, I demanded they produce it from storage. After jumping through every possible hoop and completing every document they had, they final agreed to deliver my property. THIS IS WHERE I FIRST REALIZED I WAS DEALING WITH A CROOKED ORGANIZATION.

After a week of jumping through hoops I was told my property would finally be delivered. What they should have said was some of my property would be delivered, the property that was not worth the time to steal, along with other peoples property. Thats correct, they started unloading property that was not even mine. When I explained it wasnt mine the movers told me to just keep it. I refused to accept any property that was not mine and that just seemed to irritate the movers because they had to put it back on the truck before moving. I wouldnt be surprised if that property ended up at one of their homes or in a nearby dumpster. This outfit is a real criminal enterprise.

When all was said and done I was missing more than $15,000 of property. Dont even waste your time filling out the claims forms because they will not even respond. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. I would stay as far away from any business associated with Louis Massaro.
