Complaint Review: Neil-Huffman Chrysler Plymouth Dodge

We were ready to buy, we had already been pre-approved for a particular amount through our credit union and we were just looking for the "right" van.

We thought we had found it on their lot and we wanted to agree on a price and had told them that we were pre-approved and wanted to be financed through our credit union because of the nice 5.9 percentage rate. Immediately they were giving us reasons why it would be a hassle to deal with our credit union.

Line after line spilled from the Sales Manager in a hasty and arrogant way. They basically told us if you don't do it our way we do not sell you anything. Even if we brought cash and laid it down in full for the van they would not accept it, were the words of the sales manager.

Money is money! How we pay should not be their concern, unless there is an underlying profit for them????????? And at 19% that is a marginal profit.

Where will your money be best served???
