Complaint Review: Neil W Sullivan

Neil W Sullivan stole money of investors and banks in Belize and ran away to Kiev, Ukraine. He used his wife and his charm to lure people to buy a dream that he knew will never come true, i.e. property on a beautiful island called Belize.

We lost our money, banks lost money. He is now living rich on stolen money in Kiev, Ukraine. It hurts us to know that he is living in luxury apartment spending our money on parties,Russian escorts, , exotic holidays and bribes to local officials.

He was a failure in his profession but successful in learning loopholes of laws in Belize. Authorities in Belize could never nail him for crimes in Belize. He is evil smart with a charm. Nobody can catch him.

Now we learn that he has set up a new business to 'help' expatriates in Ukraine. Please, folks don't befooled. This man cannot earn a dime without cheating people. He bribes those who can hurt, and cheats those who cannot defend themselves.

I hope, one day, justice is done. If somebody has any doubts, please check with Choice Bank, Caye Bank, Deen, Denis, Barrow &Williams etc in Belize.
