To make a long story short, my son's father who is a convicted drug felon, was awarded visitation rights despite the fact he had not paid child support in a year and was considered a flight risk. Upon his first visitation in a year with my five year old son, he disappeared with him.
Neill and my son have been missing since April 2, 2002. Neill now has a felony detainment/concealment of a child warrant issued on him, as well as a felony probation violation warrant. The judge is also processing a felony kidnapping warrant as of today. We are also working with the child support division in Churchill Co NV to process the child support paperwork ...which takes FOREVER. As of May 2002, he owes 6561.72 with $429.00 accumulating monthly.
Chanei, (my son) is officially listed as a missing person in NCIC from Santa Rosa County, Florida Sherrif's Department(where we reside) and is listed with the NAtional Center For Missing and Exploited Children.
TO put another spin on the whole thing, Neill is supposably married to a woman by the name of Brooke Allison Ruff, but research on her has pulled up 13 aliases and 5 birthdates, and no verification of their marriage. She has now since broken her probation which she shared the same crime as Neill, as has disappeared with her 6 year old daughter Samantha.
All 4 are presummed to be traveling together under new identifications and possibly in Canada.

Has your son been found yet? It looks like you have some support in helping find him. I have family both in Canada and Michigan.. I will send them this information to help locate in those areas. God Speed in getting your son back. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, and your son for his safe keeping.
Your situation makes me think twice, about trying to get my daughter's father to visit. All our best, to you.

There is nothing that I can do, but I just thought I'd say that I'd keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I have a little girl who will soon be six, and my heart drops to my feet just thinking about what happened to you. Just keep your faith, and with the track record of your ex I'm sure that he will do something and they will then locate your son and you'll have him back. Hang in there, I know its gotta be hard.
