Complaint Review: neils finance plaza

I bought a car from Niels Auto Plaza in the spring of 2009. The first week i had it I had to take it back because the check engine light was on. They kept it a day and fixed it. I drove it off the lot and the light came on againg the next day.

To make a long story short, I had the car six months and they charged me to put a new "used" engine in it, an ignition switch, and many other repairs on it. The final straw came when they told me to take it to another shop and have a test ran on it. I did and found out the problem was a bad cadalitic converter.

That was it. I stormed into that place after being told I would have to pay for a new one and demanded out of this car. They tried to force me to finish my payments because the finance company is seperate from the dealer but I got Neil to let me out of the agreement. I had to sign a waiver stating I couldnot come back and sue them or be involved in any lawsuit against them.

Now my brother got stupid and went and bought a car there. He has the same problem. He had the car less than a month and the engine blew on him on the highway. He told Niels to come get the car off the highway and keep it. He's already had it in the shop more than he's had it on the road. Now Neils is suing him for the price of the car even though they have the car back and it no longer runs unless they put another engine in it and tried to sell it to another poor sole.
