sealing hot and cold running water pipes he said were causing water damage in
ceiling upstairs with paint, plaster and resealing part of work completion.

Day 2 Saturday 7/21/2012
Video shows Nelson Castellanos making a 9:30 a.m. on-time
arrival.
After making purchases at Home Depot totaling 104.00 for
gutter parts we returned to the house where he supposedly began working.
I left for 30 minutes between 11:15
and 11:45 and upon my return, Nelson reports that he has changed the damaged
pipes causing a leak that damaged ceiling upstairs and also completely serviced
and repaired the air-conditioning system, replacing a damaged part in that time
but video show him walking in and out of the front door 6 times during that
time, Once talking on his cell, not once with required pvc pipes, adhesives or
plumbing tools. He was once again attempting to fix the electrical issue.
Later inspection showed no signs of
wet work and no pipes in the place indicated to repair.
An added note to this
misrepresentation: when asked late Saturday if he would replace the damaged T
pipe leaking water, Nelson forgot he had told me he had done it already in the
afternoon. He proceeded to explain that he had to do it the next day because
things needed to be covered upstairs first.
Saturday Time/Date Stamps
continued:
At 12:39p.m., while Geraldo, works
diligently outside the patio door the whole time, Nelson and I retrieve a
replacement door at a cost 0f 254.00, our second trip since the first door was
damaged when purchased. Geraldo can be clearly seen working hard for the
duration of the install and the gutter work the following day, stopping only
for food and drink provided by my wife and I at 5:00 p.m. and resuming 30
minutes later. At 5:50 I left to get paint and screws needed for door
installation.
Video shows Nelson charging the air
system with Freon outside at 5:46 p.m. and finishing 30 minutes later at 6:30.
They finished the day at 7:00 p.m. needing to make further adjustments on the
door but having accomplished no more than injection of Freon into the air
system.
Day 3 Sunday
7/22/2012
Nelson arrives on-time at 10:02 but is talking outside on
his cell for 6 minutes.
He and I leave at 10:19 to purchase more supplies. Geraldo
arrives at 11:00 and waits 2 minutes then works on the patio door non-stop as
we return once more to Home Depot to return and buy items needed. As Geraldo
continues to work, Nelson can be seen leaving at 12:10 p.m. He reports that he
is getting the required air conditioning compressor part I paid 80.00 for and
also needs to pick up Armando, an electrician who can help fix the electrical
problem that remains unresolved.
Armando arrives at 3:00 and at 3:29 leaves and returns through the
front door at 3:30, assisting Armando with electrical work by going to the
breakers. He repeats this 3 times before assisting Gerardo with clean up at the
backdoor at 4:00. At 4:14 Nelson, Armando and Gerardo can be seen talking
outside as Gerardo leaves at 4:46, angry, according to my wife. As I arrive
Nelson tells me that the bad cable has been removed but there is no evidence
that any electrical cabling has been changed. The white electrical wiring I
purchased at Home Depot has not replaced the KB homes wire. Nelson tells my
wife that the short was caused by a piece of metal touching two circuits that
included botrh bedrooms but tells me they had to replace wiring.
When
asked about the 80.00 air conditioning part that needed to be replaced, Nelson
said he did it while Armando and Gerardo were working on the electrical problem
but video clearly show he never went back to the air-conditioning unit on
Sunday. In fact the only time Nelson or anyone else touched the air unit was on
Saturday when he charged it with Freon.
What I want returned:
Of the 1,384.00 I spent between 7/20 and 7/22 for repairs,
some which have been proven to be false, I requested:
130.00 air conditioning service minus 1 can of Freon
45.00 a replacement part that never was installed
80.00 another replacement part that never was
installed
6.5 Toro Lawnmower taken in lieu of 100.00 of 120.00 false pipe repairs
Totaling 325.00
