Complaint Review: NELSON WEBB

I recieved a call today from a NELSON WEBB. He said  i have been selected to recieve a grnt in the amount of 7,000 dollors. i was excited because i had just finished praying for a little sign of help. He asked what i would spend the money on. and informed me it was not to b used for gambling or alcohol, it had to b used for a home ,school or bussiness.he verified my address and gave me a com #. and another # to call. (206)2012191 a man answered and wanted me to weastern union $290.00 and in 10 to 15 mins i would recieved 7,290.00 back and they would donate $290.00 to a chairtable fund. i stared asking questions such as. whats ur supervisiors name? how can i garentee this is not a scam. he kept putting me on hold. then his sup came to the phone which put me on more alert, this man also had a middler eastern accent with a very common name josh. i decided to call the irs, to see if they give out grnts. guess wht NO. I called  BBB, then i found this.  thank you for this website i was five minutes away from sending $290.00. thank you so much.
