Complaint Review: Nemo's express car wash

I purchased a 100.00 gift certificate from Nemo’s express car wash on November 29th, 2021. Order number 122711.

I received a confirmation email but never received a gift card.  I called the business and they told me they do not sell gift cards online; they are only purchased on the premises. This was the second call I made to the business. I called last week about the same issue thinking I misunderstood I called today and spoke to Omar and was told the very same thing.

I told him I have a receipt of a purchase for 100.00 and would like to know what to do to get my certificate, I asked if I should bring my receipt in to get the card? He said NO you cannot purchase online.  I told him that his website offers online purchasing so how can you take my money and tell me that you do not sell online?  He said he did not know anything about the website selling gift cards online. Omar was very rude and yelling on the phone at me.

I am 73 and living on Social Security, I do not have extra money to lose like this.  I am scared and think someone has my credit card information. I cannot find my transaction. I am go nervous I may be looking in the wrong places.  My credit card information was sent over the internet someplace, and I am scared to death that I am getting ripped off.  Please help me. This was my sons Christmas gift.
