NeonBrite Never Received Product, Not Fully Refunded U.S.A Internet

I live in the UK and ordered a retainer from Neonbrite since they advertised as "international". I paid for international shipping, only to be told I would have to pay more fees after waiting weeks to receive the impressions to get them across the border. What? I was then told I would also have to pay for shipping back when they advertised before "a pre paid enevelope would be sent" it was added expenses and hidden fees all over the place. I never received the impression mould and after asking for a refund and them trying to avoid the situation by not answering my questions straight, I got one.. but they cut me short $63!
