I just paid for another year of premium. Two weeks later, I was playing, when I was logged-off, then upon attempting to login, redirected to the account frozen page. I was a victim of a scam, according to them.

Sent in the Premium frozen account inquiry. Th eresponse said that I willingly gave a scammer my account info, therefore I am permanently frozen. I have never, ever in three years been to a scam site, nor tried to scam neopoints. It's a flippin' game! Get real. Called Premium to cancel, then asked about refund. Sorry, I can't have one be cause I CANCELLED after I was billed! Huh?! Told him Neopets cancelled me. Basically, too bad, too sad.

I find it interesting that they bill you, then freeze the account and refuse a refund. It is a great scam for THEM!!! And, as I can see, happens to a lot of people.

Bottom line....do NOT pay for Premium!!!
