Neoshein A little girl's plastic flip-flops instead of electric Bike? Tel Aviv Tel Aviv
On November 24 I ordered e-bike from a Company called Neoshein. The order was confirmed. The next day the credit card bill has shown that the payment of 199.99 USD had been charged. On December 12, 14, 18 and 23 I asked for a tracking number. No response. Instead (hopefully not) I had received a parcel on December 23 which had contained a little girl's plastic flip-flops which I had never ordered. The sender was "Yaoye" which I had never heard of. No email to address Yaoye. Total silence from Neoshein. I shop very little on the web, usually by reputable companies. It seems to me that Neoshein or Yaoye, if related or not - would not be included among those reputable companies.
