I purchased Nero 9 product to create DVDs from my pictures in 2009 or 2010.  I received a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize from Nero that showed a charge: 27 Jan Asknet-Shops.com. karlsruhe.  Inquiry, did not get person name, said, I was emailed a year ago that I had free usuage for their product for one year and I would be charged for it usuage. 

1.  I did not receive this email.  2.  I did not authorized Nero to charge my credit card company.  3.  I did not received any prior notification.  4.  I did not receive any updates on their product.  5.  I did not order a newer version of their product.

The person I spoke with would not take the charge off.  He refused to transfer me to his supervisor.
