Complaint Review: Nero of Angie's Flooring in Kentucky

What can I say? Went to Craigslist to find someone to refinish the floors of our Victorian house and entered into a verbal agreement with Nero and his phone number is 270-505-5131

We don't provide materials. Quality work for cheap rate.And we don't use rental unit on your floor. We use silverline, cherryhill and clarke units on the floors.

We hired him. about $2500 later, we came back to see that he had stained our floor over glue!  We had paid extra to have him remove this glue and he didn't do it!  When we asked him to come fix it, he blew us off for two solid days and then said he couldn't come til 4 days later and finally we just fired him.  When I asked him for a refund he sent verbiage of insulting texts to my phone. Be very careful in hiring this man. DO NOT PAY CASH!  Don't get burned like we were burned!
