Nero Software Tech support - Rude and a complete joke Glendale California

Buyer Beware.  I purchased Nero 18 somewhere towards the end of 2017.  Loved it.  At the the time I thought it was a great program then all of a sudden it changed.  On it's own it would open Nero Burning ROM I would close it and continue using Nero Express for CD's or Nero Video for DVD's but each time I tried using one of the 2 Nero Burning ROM would again open on it's own. 

Suddenly Nero Video woyuld burn as usual and would say sucessful but would not play on either dvd player that I had.  So I searched Google to see if others were having this problem, turns out this problem went back to 2014,  I wrote to the headquarterss in Germany, never heard a word. 

So I wrote to tech support, here is where the rudeness started to the point where they once wrote as I have said again, and again, and again you need to.......even after doing what they said the issue was still not resolved.  Now I can only burn CD's. 

I went out and purchased Nero Burn Express 4 which turned out to be Nero 2017, when I tried to burn something a message popped up saying I would need to but the "FULL VERSION" in order to do that.  When I told tech support about this there answer was "if it doesn't suit yoyuyr needs take it back for a refund.  So now I have 2 Nero products that don't do what they're supposed to do and last week I learned a friend of mine is having the exact same problem.    So again Buyer Beware!
