I WEIGHED A 2 LITER (I.E. 2 QUARTS) BOX OF ICE CREAM. IF IT WAS WATER IT SHOULD WEIGH 2 KG (4 POUNDS). IF IT HAD SOLIDS, EVEN MORE. THE PRODUCT IS SO MUCH AERATED (CONTAINS AIR) THAT IT DOES NOT EVEN GETS TO HALF OF THAT!
