Doesn't have an office at 82 Buttonwood Westpark Hospital. Does not appear to have any hospital priviliges there. None whatsoever. When I called the number (416) 243-3612, March 6th 2022 the receptionist said she has been working at the Hospital for 14 years and never heard of the name Zielinsky, Nestor Zielinsky or Ariel.
I had a car accident and through my Insurance company and DirectIME.ca I was ordered to see this Doctor. My accident involved losing control of my vehicle , rolling the vehicle several times and landing in a farmers field with amnesia. My own good doctor diagnosed me with PTSD.
Dr Nestor Ariel Zielinsky or whatever the 8 names he decides to go by stated in the presence of a adjudicator that " she is not catastrophically injured". The judge fortunately ruled otherwise but not by reprimanding him for his lies.
How can someone Perjur themselves in court and walk away unscathed? If it was you or I we would be jailed. This an also stated that my injuries were part of a "longstanding and pre existing disorder" and "therefore she is not entitled to benefits".
He also denied a patient was catastrophically Injured denying dysthymia and Major depressive disorder" Again he was scolded by the judge but appears unscathed. With no actual office in a hospital which is required for a "practising physician". It is clear he is not a practising physician.
He was also rude, accused me of extorting the Insurance company for personal profit. He then stated it was his job " to protect the assets" of the insurance company because they are always getting "ripped off by people like you".
