Complaint Review: NET 10 CELL PHONES - TRACK PHONE

My husband and i puchased 2 net 10 cell phones on the same day at the same location. i returned mine because i did not GET the COVERAGE they said i would. my husband uses his for work so he kept his. well, net 10 Shut his cell phone off as well, because i returned mine. !!! remember- they have 2 different serial numbers ! they will not replace his phone or replace the lost time on the phone. in stead, the tech : -that he talked to HUNG UP ON HIM !REMEMBER-if you and some one else buys the same net 10 phone the same day, and at the same place, you may loose your phone coverage . YOU COULD GET RIPPED OFF TOO....i have contacted the B.B.B. ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE and the P.U.C
