"Get Free Bill Pay & Pay No Fees With NetValue Interest Checking"

http://www.netbank.com/terms_fees.htm.

What the hell is someone supposed to think when you see that in big bold red letters and you have to click a link on the bottom of that page in fine line print that reads "See the Fee Schedule and Truth-in-Savings disclosure for more information."

And lo and behold there it is !!!

Thank you for contacting NetBank. In response to your inquiry, we are unable to waive fees from your account. You may view our complete fee schedule online at http://www.netbank.com/terms_fees.htm. This is a complete list of all fees that may apply to your account. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please contact us.

Thank you,

Customer Banking Associate

I specifically asked one of your customer service representatives what I would have to do to insure I would not get charged miscellaneous account fees at the same time I asked what was the minimum amount I needed to have in saving to earn the premium interest rates. I was told there were NONE ! I trusted what I was told.

So I left my money in your bank's safekeeping. I only came back to check on it because I happened to add it to Fidelity brokerage account. Good thing I did too; because, you know what I found out?

Since the beginning of this year, I have earned 50 cents in interest and have been charged $30.00 worth of inactivity fees. I don't know where you were raised; but, I can tell you that from where I come from, trusting Netbank to watch over my money can be "Hazardous To Your Wealth"!

I contacted customer service through Netbanksr private bank email and they have refused my request for the reimbursement of $30 worth of miscellaneous inactivity account fees. I guess your bank punished me for not enjoying and reading a bunch of your bank literature filled with advertisements to borrow money. I'm sorry, I'm just a little jaded after all the spam email and junk mail I get asking me to do the same thing.

Here is a detail of my account activity with your bank:
