Complaint Review: Net Detective And Privicy Report

I used their 3 day trail services for $2.95 and opted out of the free trail subscription. Plus cancelled their services as instructed, all on the same day. Now I have receive an email saying I didn't opt out; so they charged my account $38.95.

The email I received was not the application I sent but a form. This company is a fraud! Do not use there services for ANY reason. Now I will have to change my bank account to prevent any further withdrawals. This should be a class action suit.They should also be banned fron the internet!
