My complaint with Net Detective is based on two critical issues I have.

The first is they lead you to believe that it is a one time fee of $29.95 with three years of free updates. Incorrect; be prepared to pay this every month.

Second, the information provided is useless. The majority of the features they offer is not any type of results. This information is just a link that NetDetective provides to another website that then wants you to join and pay for the information.
