After finding multiple errors in information on me and then clearing a person with two (2) felony convictions as having none I found this service as worthless. I filed a cancellation within 8 hours of perches and 5 days later find this company has been charging my credit card over and over again for this cancelled subscription. And Now give e-mail address that do not work. And continue to file charges on my credit card, forcing me to cancel my cards and seal the bank account to stop the mounting charges. The advertise a 90 day full refund, then claim it is only for 3 days. But even if you cancel in the same day they hold the cancellation and post it latter after filling several charges to a credit card.

Shell Game to Charge MORE Money

#2Author of original report

There web sight will keep giving you ERROR 404 messages at the cancellation sight. Then it will run you around then when you do get to file a cancellation, it is on only part of the account this way they can charge you more money. And after 3 days you can not cancel the other account. And they will charge your credit card every 30 days. And to add to the aggravation their is no cancellation link on Net Detective Plus Help Page. And writing them is not enough to close this account. You must also place an USPS written request to close an account. And it cost you nearly $10.00 if you send it next day mail, which seems to be the only way to close out this system. This shell game is effective in tapping money, and don't use the free trial. It will not show you a thing and that is how they get your card # and start the scam you must pay to let you see the information they claim to have.
