Complaint Review: Net Strategies aka Turnkey Strategies

I also lost plenty of money from Net Strategies. They assured me that they were an honest company that assured their clients of making money with the cybermall .....

I received a phone call from Net Strategies who went through the whole sales pitch about obtaining and securing an internet website cybermall. They assured me that they would set up the cybermall and host it and even assist with the advertising. They took my money right away but took over a month to get back to me. Finally when the site was up, it was not the stores that I chose and some of the sites were not accessable.

I kept calling because it was close to Thanksgiving of last year and I wanted to get going for the Christmas rush. I asked them about the advertising and was then advised that I had to do that on my own. I met with a local advertising agency and paid money to place an ad. My site still was not set up correctly. I spent more money on advertising during the Christmas season. I made absolutely no money. I would call and who ever was to be the guy I was working with no longer worked there. I was given someone else. A few weeks later, that person left. My mall was never set up properly and I made absolutely no money. I lost over $1000.

There are many victims out there that was "hit" by this company.One day, I went to access my website (I don't know why) and I received a message that my site was not accessable to contact the web hosting company. I was told by them that they did not receive any payment from Net Strategies and shut down all of the sites. I believe there are about 800 sites that were shut down. I paid the web hosting price my self and got my site back up. Why I did that I do not know because the site never worked properly. It has been a nightmare for me and an embarrassment.
