My husband and I were trying to find information on a very shady character and thought this inexpensive product was just the thing. Unfortunately, they debited our bank account right away and the software loaded incorrectly or something and my computer states it is an invalid Win32 application.

I have emailed the webmaster for net-vestigator repeatedly since 10/22/04, as well as clickbank, since they state if the product needs tech support, they will handle it themselves if you do not achieve satisfaction within two business days. It is all a crock. Today is November 3, 2004. Nothing. No reply.

And, to top it off, I click on the direct link in the clickbank confirmation email, and it states my invoice number has expired. I am going to report them to the FTC and the BBB. No fair!

The previous Net-Vestigator entry I made was done while I was angry that I had not been helped. However, I did use a roundabout way to reinstall the software, and now it does work. However, I would like to add that it is not worth the effort I went through to get it. I feel I wasted a lot of time. Live and learn, I guess.
