Net Zero.com Crooked company, would not cancell my account Internet

After many years of service, I cancelled my acount with net zero. They never cancelled my account, they put me on a backup plan and charged my credit card two months later without my permission. When I called to see what happened they told me I authorized the backup account, which I did not. They said my account would be cancelled. I disputed the charge with my bank and after research they said they needed a confirmation letter which of course they don't supply. I called net zero again and spoke with an outsourced operator who gave me a phony name and he told me they were giving me one month free. I hung up and called again to get a different operator, and he said my account was canelled, Of couse I was supposed to get a refund for the charge which it was not noted.
