Complaint Review: NETZERO

NET ZERO RIP-OFF I SIGN ON & AM UNABLE TO ACCESS THEIR SERVICE YET THEY CONTINUE TO BILL ME & I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE TO CANCEL

I signed on with netzero internet because they were supposadly cheaper than the other services. also they were supposed to be better
However, after I gave my credit card info. for billing puposses, I was not able to access and use my internet. I tried to contact them for help, they said I was not in there computer. yet I have been billed for months.
I am also paying intrest on this. All I want is to be re-embersed, and for them to no longer take my money from my credit card.
I am sick and tired of paying for (NETZERO & MY INTERNET SERVICE THAT GIVES ME WHAT I PAY FOR)
