Net10 9700 NW 112th Ave. They said a number was ported but it was not. When I called they insisted the port was completed when it was not. Since they said the number was ported they disconnected my old cell number so I had no , Internet

Net10 customer service is terrible. They will out-and-out lie to get you off the phone. They will put you on hold for as long as an hour hoping you will hang up. My phone number which they told me was ported was not ported. After 1.5 weeks they finally admitted they didn't do as they said (they admitted they had been lying for 1.5 weeks) and said my case was closed. If I wanted to change my number I needed to open another case.

Net10's customer service strategy is to get you to hangup. If you won't hang up, they put you on hold for a long time. If that doesn't work, they will tell you that they are working on it and to call back tomorrow. When you call back, you go through the same hoops again. Don't trust them

If you get a phone and never have to contact net10 you'll do okay. If you have to deal with this company directly, don't trust them. They lie.
