Net10 charging money on credit card with no , Internet

Several months ago I did not get minutes so called Net 10.  They said something is wrong with my phone and would have to send a new one, which they did and I mailed the old one back to them, I charged my new phone and contacted them to advise I was ready for my minutes and they said I had already received them which I had not. My transfer minutes from old phone # never came.  So I called back to advise, well wound up getting into it with Net 10 an I told them I would never do business with them again on the phone.  Since then they keep charging my credit card and when I call them on it they deny charging anything to my credit card so called my bank and they said oh yes they are charging you so I cancelled my cards and opened new ones.  I bought another cell phone and purchased a 1,000 minute card at the store.  I did not go through Net 10 yet they have put a block on my phone which has 400 minutes on it and said the only way they would release it  is if I send them a money order for such and such amount.  I told them why I am not getting anything for my money (no minutes or service).  I see this as fraud and they have highjacked my phone.  I can't get anyone down there to listen or understand what I am saying to them.


I will never have anything to do with Net10 and I will let everyone I know to stay away from this company.  It's all about the money and not the service, they could care less about you!
