Terrible customer service from Net10. I wanted to update my phone and gave the company a call to let them know my new phone model. I was told twice by a customer service representative to go and buy the wrong sim card. After a week of going back and foward, and talking to more than twenty five people ( who I had to explain my situation and give all of my information every time I was transfer)  I finally received the wrong sim card. I been without phone for more than a week and a half. Today after hours of talking to customer service they assured me that the sim card will be sent via mail and it will take from 3 to 5 business days to receive.  They lack any respect for the paying customer. They issue you a ticket # that could never be tracked not even by them or their on line page. Too fast to withdraw automatica payment but no customer service what so ever. Do business with this people at your own risk.
