Net10 Sold me a broken cell phone, deleted over 800 minutes of service, refused to resolve problem Internet

I  purchased a new mobile phone from Net10 from their website. They promised they would  transfer my current minutes from my current Net10 phone to the new phone.  I activated the phone using the instructions provided.


However, the new net10 phone would turn on, but would not make or receive calls, and no minutes were transferred.

I called Net10 customer service at the number they provided (1-877-836-2368) 12 times and they were at each time unable to correct the problems.

Each time I called customer service, I worked through the procedures that they asked me to take. The service people used delaying tactics, sent me in circles, and even disconnected some of the calls.

They refused to provide an address or a return authorization number so I could send the phone back, and refused to send me a functioning phone. They also refused to transfer or refund over 800 minutes.
