net 10 has a bring your own phone offer within their company. from their website they offer a link to purchase phones with the intention of being used for their service. they omit the part where most of the phones dont work on their plan, ie 4G...
on top of that once you get the phone, if its programmed correctly, you wont ever be able to use data from the phones for any reason.
they lost my number two times within their servers somehow requiring me to get a new sim card and phone number out of the blue. their customer service hangs up on you even if you carry a decent tone with them. they lie and tell you theyre the supervisor but in fact theyre not at all able to do anything resembling competent help.
for the past week now my mms (picture messaging) has not been working. ive been receiving emails from net10 themselves indicating i needed to update my browser. i ignored it until the picture messaging debacle which i called first and got a bunch of stupid runaround turnoff turn back on bullcrap. then the next day i received the message again. i tried to follow the instructions as they were presented and it lead to my phone number being lost again. im completely through with their foreign customer service and their company. im out $50 once again and have a galaxy s3 for sale if anyone wants it.
you play with fire you get burned. wish id read the other 47 ripoff reports logged on here before i wasted my money and time on these morons. i hope someone sues them. they quite literally exploit you, lie to you and still offer no help to fix any problems. i wish them and their families the worst. good riddance.
