Started out with Tracfone, every time I went to add minutes, ERROR, then go through this online routine entering 40-100 numbers in Code Entry mode to fix it. This goes on almost a year, then hear about Net10 and I did not know both owned by same company at the time.

After switching to Net10, I do unlimited talk/text/data @$50/mo. Switch to $25 for 750 minutes/month. Great confusion, no rollover, not sure if phone will be shutoff 12PM on the 30th day or 31st. Local dept store has to get the manager to get me a pin number from some machine, 750 minutes card not hanging from racks like 200/400/600/900/unlimited. Machine goes away after many months, 750 card appears on racks with the rest for several months, the five 750 minutes card in this tiny town sell out. Store never knows if they will restock, I discover 750 minute cards on net10 website.

Phone got shut-off for 1 day since I failed to renew the minutes at an unpredictable moment, please allow up to 5 minutes or 24 hours for the minutes to update before panicing. Oh and they gave me a brand new number to share with all my contacts, lovely. I bleed sarcasm.

Never a smooth transition, end buying oddball card to keep from getting stranded. Did this a couple months, third month my phone shows 650 minutes and 0 days of service instead of the usual 750/30. I can just dream of how easily they will give me the 100 minutes back, NOT.

Got busy this month, at 15 minutes left on phone, try website to correct it, sign on to account, my phone is not showing up like it should. Click on tech support link, runs me through a data entry course on my phone, different sections of their website gives geek errors, then website says you must call 800-we-failed. Customer support is polite and fast if you only need help finding the power button on your phone. They are screwed up like businesses were 20 years ago.

To outsource peons:
Oh sorry you only get $3/hour, how horrible, no country infrastructure to maintain, no civilized expenses, wtf you been doing for the past 100 years besides breeding and marathon siestas. Luckily for you wall street political combo raped our jobs for their gain. Hope our genetic corn destroys your, hehe.

Those rich b*stards do a great job of matching poor people with poor services worldwide, don't they?

After Tracfone then Net10, I will not switch to the same owned, Straight Talk. Your website is a joke, is it operated by transient farm laborers? Spend more time developing, less time splattering ads everywhere.
