Complaint Review: Net10 Wireless

Net10 Wireless tracfone net10 ripped me off, not only 1 time.. but twice. steal money from customers Internet

i had service with net10. my net10 phone stopped working for no reason. it had 377 airtime minutes on it when it just stopped working. i went to the store and purchased a new net10 phone and went home to activate it and have my 377 minutes transferred to my new, working net10 phone.                            


they would only transfer 200 of the minutes to my new phone without explaining why they were stealing 177 minutes from me. if that were all that happened, i might not be this upset.


5 days after my new net10 phone was activated, it stopped working. i called net10 and was told it was de-activated and they cant do anything about it.


why is it that a company like net10 can blantantly steal from its customers and get away with it??? can someone please answer this for me???
