Complaint 1: Net2Phone's service did not work for me.
Complaint 2: Net2Phone ignored my requests for help.
Complaint 3: Net2Phone ignored my requests for a refund.
Complaint 4: Net2Phone charged me service fees for the months in with they ignored me.
