Net2phone looks good from the website and offers great pricing, but the aggravation of dealing with this company will cost you business, time and maybe even your life. Setting up an account from day one was difficult. I was double shipped modems and issued different account numbers. Took several calls and time to solve this problem.

Service once established was fine until I tried to add another number to my service. For some reason their system put my account on alert status. This terminated service on my original account and has denied me access to phone service for two days according to customer service. Although one has to sign onto a secure sight to add services or features, purchasing the latter with the same credit card will automatically suspend all services. Once again corroborated in an e-mail from customer service. Here in lies the potential liability for Net2phone. You can't make any calls. Two days of down time while they verify my credit card for the new service. In the meantime I have been denied online access. Apparently suspension of my account now includes online help too.

Customer service although pleasant are useless. The old "Its our policy" shield was invoked. There's apparently no way to reestablish service quickly. This whole process has potentially cost me thousands of dollars. I therefore recommend that you do not utilize the services of this company. When push comes to shove they fail miserably. Consider yourself forewarned.
