NetClearances on e-bay rip-off! Ontario Canada
I won on e-bay 3 sets of the same dishes. I had previously won 1 set of the exact same dishes in January of this year and recieved them with no problem. In March of this year is when I won 3 sets of the same dishes. I sent them a check for $104.17. By April I still did not have my 3 sets of dishes.
I e-mailed them alot to no avail. I was either ignored or they asked if I wanted an in store credit which quote "Would be more for my benifit then theirs?" Then they offered me a "similar" set of dishes. They were dark orange & purple. I ordered pastel blue & green. I'd like to know where the similarity is?
Then in May 23rd 2004 I found MY set again for sale on e-bay!! I sent NetClearances an e-mail with the e-bay auction attached. I still have no dishes nor my money & I am furious! These people are VERY rude, sneaky & sketchy!

I was also ripped of by these thieves! I won't go into detail becuase I already filed my own report on these jerks. But they tried to offer me in store credit. The last thing I wanted to do was buy more junk from them when they didn't send me what I won in the first place. Look at their feeback report on ebay. In last 12 months they have had over 2,500 negative reports filed against them! It is even a bigger scam that Ebay or Pay Pal won't do anything about this company because they are profiting well off of both ends! Let's keep fighting these jerks until they are put out of business.
