Complaint Review: netdetectives

I also purchased this program and after going on to it i realized that nothing on the site would help me the way it said it would. i called to ask for a refund i spoke to the women who answered the phone and she asked me for my zip code i gave it to her she told me that she used to live not to far from me. she also told me she would send me a form to sign and then I would get my refund. I still have not received anything yet.
