Ordered a PS2 Game system from this company on Dec. 5, 2005. I found out from my customer on Dec. 10th that he had not received his item yet.

So I contacted this company and here is their response:
"please be aware it is Christmas season and we ship in the order that we receive them."

Now, I understood that. But it's now Dec. 23, 2005 and my client still has not received his package.

I have asked over 10 times for them to just refund my $234 paid to this company and they will not answer emails. I have tried calling 10 times and all I get is their answering service that says: "we are not able to take your call right now, please call back later" Then you can't even leave a message.

My eBay feedback will probably be given a negative mark for this, as my customer was really wanting this package for his 10 yr. old son for Christmas.

This company is TOTALLY wrong in this matter. I have never been treated so thoughtlessly in my online business career of 8 years.

This company needs to be stopped!
